The position

The HR Analyst is responsable for the delivery and Support of HR administrative processes across MSD in Belgium. The role collaborates with HR colleagues across two sites in Belgium, the HR Service Delivery team and our external HR Service Centre, to perform and improve the HR Admin processes.

Specific focus is on supporting and delivering on employee lifecycle processes, from letter generation, documentation, process support for hires, leaves, exits and more.

 

The role will be based in our offices in Brussels and will report into our HR Operations organisation.
Qualifications

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in HR and with HR processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Belgian labour law (social legislation) is a plus.
  • Experience of working with unions is a plus.
     

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch & English essential, French is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office user skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are essential.
  • Self-responsible and self motivated, goal driven personality.
  • Accurate and methodical working style, keen attention to detail.
  • Cooperative team player.
  • Open-minded and flexible personality.
