The key role of this position is to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs and are aligned with the company strategy and allocated portfolio.

Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing information for the Brand Lead on the local market's specificity and collaborating to create local marketing plans for the assigned portfolio.

Coordinates customer-oriented marketing activities such as: managing opinion leaders, creating and managing a local marketing mix, aligned with regional / global marketing plans and customer needs.

The CSM identifies development opportunities and implements initiatives aligned with customer needs, optimizes the growth and profitability of the allocated portfolio.



  • Aligns the business strategy

  • Identifies business opportunities

  • Aligns strategy and local priorities with global / regional product / strategy / priorities

  • Develops and implements customer-specific solutions

  • Uses Project Management tools in the development and implementation of solutions;

  • Adapts and implements customer-oriented solutions developed at regional / global level;

  • Ensures information for market analysis, financial planning, demand planning and annual product marketing plans;

  • Ensures monitoring of product performance, key performance indicators;

  • Ensures the customization of promotional materials to the needs of local clients and to medical / legal / regulatory requirements;

  • Under specific situations, he is responsible for the development of promotional materials and client-centric solutions and submits them to the medical / legal department;



Candidate profile

  • University studies (business or scientific), preferably Master's degree

  • Preferably +2 years of experience in marketing

  • Experience in medical promotion is an advantage

  • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the business and financial environment

  • Proficiency in English and Romanian

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Customer orientation

  • Excellent project management abilities

  • Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills

  • Strategic and analytical thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
