Shape and implement MSD’s market access position for vaccines and hospital care products (HCV, HIV and Immunology) - reimbursement, guidelines, recommendations, outcome research and registries - in order to address the health care systems aspirations to apply more evidence in healthcare decision-making.

Develop and maintain a strong network and cooperate with both medical and non-medical decision makers within the National Healthcare environment. Explain the value of MSD product to relevant decision makers; KOLs, Healthcare employers, authorities, healthcare organizations and political institutions. In cooperation with the medical and commercial colleagues plan and execute outcome research and registry investigations and healthcare financial analysis for existing and future products.

Coordinate and facilitate production of real world evidence to support MSD products. Lead priority projects on evidence demonstration to tangible results. Establish collaboration with KOLs, health care institutions and internal stakeholders. Meet doctors, medical- and financial responsible decision makers in the health care system. Build trust with decision makers. Establish collaboration with scientific leaders, consultants, universities and research centers.


Academic: F

For example Master’s degree in Political Science, Economics or Social Health Sciences.


Professional Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in public domain, or other institutions with influence on the decision making process (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, National Board of Health etc.)

Preferably well-established network in Ministries, Regions, Organizations.

Good understanding of influencing patterns in healthcare organizations. Good understanding of instruments of decision making processes in the healthcare environment. Good understanding of market dynamics and health economics. Understand how products address clinical needs. Good knowledge of ethical rules within health care and public administration.



Strong interpersonal, networking, and team-building skills. Opportunity-driven mindset. Strong strategic planning, analytical and administrative skills. Ability to be responsive to meet the needs of creative suggestions.  Drive and own responsibility for optimizing. Personal leadership and good knowledge of project management. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. Unafraid to collaborate and interact with persons with authority and to try new opportunities internally and externally. Make rapid, disciplined decisions. A self- starter – independent of direct manager.



Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Danish. Proven hands-on experience and a strong track record delivering successful digital marketing tools and communication solutions to relevant customer groups
