You are full accountable for the business results and the customer activities in your geography across 3 franchises. Through face-to-face and digital channels you create an industry leading patient focused customer experience.


  1. MSD’s primary responsible for prioritised customers – both GPs and SLs, charged with building relationships and through multiple channels engaging customers into a consultative dialogue on disease areas and treatment options across franchises

  2. Responsible for understanding customer needs and driving activities, message tailoring and channel choice to address these needs for maximum impact 

  3. External stakeholder management with hospital pharmacies, payors, administrators and key decision makers at drug formulary committees

  4. Internal stakeholder management with Omnichannel Brand Manager, Market Access, Policy and Medical 

  5. Master data quality for customers in your geography in the Veeva CRM system

  6. Refine and validate segmentation of customers

  7. Make informed decisions on your prioritisation and efforts through analysis of customer and sales data

  8. Responsible for achieving sales targets and agreed KPI's.

The Primary Care and Vaccines Business Unit are responsible for 3 Franchise areas in Denmark - Diabetes, Cardiovascular & Vaccines
Qualifications

You have trained as a pharmacist or a nurse, or you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. In addition, you are well versed in scientific and/or clinical work, allowing you to provide disease and therapeutic solutions, such as product information, patient training and scientific discussions, to Health Care Professionals. You have a proven track record in creating sales results.

You have a good understanding of the health care system and the Pharmaceutical industry. You are comfortable with using digitally enabled tools for customer engagement and interaction.

The position is based in specific geographical Area

You are expected to be engaging with customers 90% of your time – face-to-face and through digital channels. Travel outside own geography 5-10% of your time.
