In the Digital and Business Operations Lead role, you will report to the Managing Director and be a key member of the Norwegian leadership team, leading the digital strategy and execution of digital projects across all business units in Norway. In this Associate Director role, you will have 3 direct reports and together with your team, you will support the business to build digital capabilities, achieve strong results today and develop future growth opportunities.

 

With your skills and experience you will be able to push MSD further into the digital age, by developing, implementing and driving the digital strategy for MSD Norway, in line with global and regional strategies. With your digital mindset, you will be able to help us truly make a difference when it comes to best serving our customers.

Qualifications

Objectives and responsibilities

  • Create new and creative growth digital marketing strategies
  • Drive digital projects to generate exciting external and internal communication
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to optimise user experience and communication
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Core professional skills and personal competencies

  • A core drive to innovate and try new things
  • Outstanding internal and external communication skills
  • 3+ years working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with video, podcasts etc.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Understanding of modern marketing tools, lead generation and content creation
  • Fluency in English
