"Sales and Marketing Support:
- Support smooth implementation of marketing strategies through symposia, CMEs
- Support Marketing / Medical team in developing scientific messages and presentations to influence perceptions about MSD products in own TA
- Conduct continuous assessment with doctors and sales force to ensure uniform understanding and desired impact of scientific messages
- Enhance sales force effectiveness through conducting scientific training in partnership with RTMs, testing knowledge and conducting refresher programs and providing input to marketing plans based on customer feedback
- Review Sales SoPs and marketing practices to ensure ethical compliance"
"Customer Engagement:
- Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and engage them in a scientific relationship with the organization to influence positive regard for MSD
- Support doctors/ KOLs in partnership with Medical Affairs for Phase 4 CT, IISPs, Observational programmes etc.
- Provide clinical support to the KOLs for their participation in national/ international speaker engagements
- Resolve scientific queries form customers, provide clarifications on adverse events
- Support physicians in improving health outcomes of their patients


MBBS + MBA OR MD (Medicine or Pharmacology), Prior experience in the field of medico marketing with a Pharmaceutical Company would be an added advantage.
