1. Penetration of MSD AH products on key account customers
- Focus on penetration of MSD AH products to be used in the right place
- Collaboration with TSRs to penetrate of our products on key account customers
2. Communication with Key account customers and related stakeholders
- Delivery our key messages to key account customers and related stakeholders
- Strengthen relationship/partnership with key stakeholders such as farm owners, consultants and vets etc.
- Maintain contact with key account customers to follow up after using our products
3. Business planning
- Establish key account business plan and collaboration plan with TSRs
4. Participation and support on company-wide projects
- Support RA during registration processing new product’s field trial
- Participation company-wide project & activities with relevant internal stakeholders
5. Participation on scientific training and industry meeting
- Active participation in scientific-training and industry meetings (internally or externally)
- Delivery the meeting and training’s messages to BU
Qualifications

 1.Leadership Behaviors :
-Result orientation, collaboration with BU’s TSRs
2.Functional Knowledge :
-In-depth understanding of swine industry and farm production system
-Seasoned field experience
3.Functional Skills  :
-Relationship/Networking/Engagement skills, Stretegic planning skill
-Excellent communication skill (Persuasive skill, Negotiation skill)
4. Others : 
-DVM license preferred
