We are currently recruiting for an EMEAC Oncology Franchise Lead (Women’s Cancer) reporting to AVP, Regional Marketing, EMEAC Oncology. 

There is a preference for this role to be based in Kriens, Switzerland.  Other locations will be considered, however significant time spent in Switzerland would be required.


EMEAC Oncology Franchise Lead's (Women’s Cancer) main responsibility will be to prepare at regional level the commercialization of the Women’s Cancer indications across the region. This will include identification and engagement plans for key stakeholders, development of message platform and promotional campaign for the respective indications.  At the same time, EMEAC Oncology Franchise Lead (Women’s Cancer) must ensure full integration of these plans within the overall brand strategy. EMEAC Oncology Franchise Lead (Women’s Cancer) will lead the development of the marketing tools that will be used to drive the strategic choices that enable leadership in what is expected to be a highly competitive market.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Preparation of a regional EMEAC by indication commercialization plan including articulation of the underlying scientific story for assigned indications

  • Providing markets with guidance on local implementation in alignment with the global marketing team

  • Primary POC for the global marketing team to represent the EMEAC voice

  • Engagement Plans for Key Scientific Leaders

  • Message Development

  • Promotional Campaign Development

  • Support development and execution of internal & external Med Ed, training and coaching of key stakeholders

  • Supporting markets along their commercial excellence efforts

  • Strong understanding of the Oncology market (Women's cancer particularly) including current & future trends within the IO class and beyond

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage key levers that drive growth and profitability

  • An understanding of the general Oncology market space, key drivers, payer and reimbursement levers

  • Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients

  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis

  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Robust launch experience (launch readiness, launch excellence); 

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong project management skills, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication

  • Working knowledge and experience with collaboration, influencing within a matrix environment and working successfully with cross-functional teams both regionally and globally

  • Requires reasonable travel effort which can become substantial at times


Preferred experience & skills:


  • Experience of working in Oncology (Women’s Cancer in particular)

  • Cross-country experience (ideally within EMEAC)
  • Experience from both local and regional/global setting
