This position will require an individual capable of assuming different roles at different stages throughout the year:
 
Innovation Partner
 
  • Having a clear understanding of the company’s Strategy / Customer needs, they help define local Digital Strategy. Part their time they shall be “Cool Hunting” to consolidate themselves as experts on Innovative Solutions (internal / external) to support strategy &/or customer needs. The incumbent owner will design and run Pilot /Prototype solutions, and also provide innovative & Digital solutions/plans with an internal consultant approach
  • Partnering with Business thay will assure effective /efficient solutions / Omnichannel plan / strategy
  • Internal Innovation Ambassador
 
Solution Partner (Audience/Channel)
 
  • Defines the strategy, governance model, identifies synergies, establishes KPIs and ensures MSD ecosystem integration with others
  • Constantly Challenging status quo driving a better customer experience and performance
 
Customer Engagement Project Management
 
  • Responsible for implementation of solutions with an Omnichannel strategic approach of a specific Business Area
  • Act as internal mentor and coach to other positions
          
            
Qualifications

EDUCATION
 
  • University degree from accredited university
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA, PDD, similar)
 
EXPERIENCE
 
  • Required:  at least 3 years in Digital Marketing or other relevant marketing experience
  • Apetite for new trends (cool hunting) related to innovation & technology to drive business results
  • Exposure to Innovation methodologies (Design thinking/Agile)
  • Consultancy and deployment experience in Omni-channel Marketing, including Marketing Digital capabilities experience,  Campaign Management expertise and IT&Legal dependencies
  • Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to identify business solutions
  • Proven experience in a customer-focuses environment
