Build a strong relationship/partnership with Key Government and Private Hospital Accounts through collaboration with external customer and internal stakeholders, using your superior networking and influence skills to access the right people to achieve business objectives by providing customized value proposition


·         Ensure achievement of personal objectives, including product sales and growth

·         Gather information about existing key accounts from external and internal sources (e.g. market research institutes, internal cross-functional customer-facing teams)

·         Develop robust marketing strategy based on clear objectives and to break down into operational targets

·         Lead in all planning and interactions to develop key initiatives with various internal stakeholders for the key accounts

·         Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans against key performance indicators (KPI) and to take corrective action as required

·         Facilitate customer education in relevant disease areas to increase awareness of best practice and clinical advantages of products



• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline with Key Account Management or at least five (5) years’ sales experience preferably in the MNC pharmaceutical company
• Proven track record in delivering business-impact project in a complex, cross functional environment and execution capability in a leadership position with established track record of successes
• Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
• A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills i.e persuasive and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
