MSD Business Service Centers (BSCs), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The BSCKL in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.

Role Summary 
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with global and cross functional teams and to build rapport with clients/stakeholders. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Identify key contacts in client offices to cultivate positive relationships
Provide client support and handle client communications effectively 
Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction 
Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately 
Promote high-quality finance and client service processes
Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships 
Build positive and productive relationships with clients (internal & external) for business growth
Identifying opportunities for greater growth in BSC KL

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager / Call Center Manager / Marketing Manager
Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) practices
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork and leadership skills
Customer-oriented mindset
BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field 
Experience in finance service is preferred
