Brief Description of
the Position



 



KAM for Chain DS
exists to directly manage Selected Top Chain Drugstores while applying MSD KAM
processes & principles with the aim of fostering strategic and long term partnerships



 



KAM for Chain DS shall
be in charge of mapping out the Chain DS channel processes & key stake
holders in order to identify MSD portfolio opportunities for growth &
optimization



 



The position will
support Business Units/Franchises in the formulation of sales & marketing
strategies for MSD portfolio anchored on customer centricity principles.
Likewise, the role will lead in the coordination and implementation of any such
strategy



 



Overall Objectives



 



·         Directly manage the following Top Chain DS:
Watsons Personal Care, South Star Drug, The Generics Pharmacy & Actimed
(Generika)



·         Leads in formulating ways to better understand
the Top Chain DS Channel, including market/channel environment, performance and
define areas opportunities for MSD



·         Team leader for select Key Accounts
Specialists and responsible in ensuring their alignment with CTC objectives and
achievement of KPIs

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATION



 





























 



Essential



Education



  Graduate of a 4-year course.



Experience



·         Must have 3-4 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience


·         Preferably with at least 2 years of Account
Management experience


·         People Management experience is an advantage
