Position Overview:

As a Group Product Manager within the Global Software Engineering group you will

  • Be responsible for outcomes and benefits realization of assigned sub-portfolio of Global Software Engineering projects
  • Contribute to building global product management competency by formalizing and spreading the adoption of practices across different areas of MSD
  • Building and maturing specific (Platforms, Knowledge Management, Mobile, AI/Data etc.) domain expertise in field of product management and spreading the knowledge within product management group
  • Lead and coach Product Owners within the group as well as support Product Owners within Global Software Engineering in other hubs
  • Provide functional leadership to Product Owners from different organizations/teams who act as Product Owners while cooperating with Global Software Engineering
  • Contribute to transforming a project-centric culture into a product-oriented one as well as become a leader and change maker within Global Software Engineering
  • Be accountable for our ability to define and drive adoption of the most valuable solutions (both customer facing & “behind the scene” platform enhancements)
  • Influence adjacent organizations across engineering, design, quality and operations to support the shared vision of Lean Product Development
  • Make a difference in healthcare through internally and externally facing digital products that users love

What we need
  • Comprehensive experience from product management, especially:
  • Vision and Leadership
  • Product roadmapping, backlog and lifecycle
  • Product strategy, market research and marketing
  • Business modelling & financials
  • Experience from working in agile environment – understanding of MVP and build measure learn concept and principles
  • Proven success in delivering user facing products and services
  • Experience with driving digital products from concept through to launch and beyond
  • Passion for great UX and product design
  • Ability to balance business and user needs while taking into account technical limitations
  • Deep understanding of ROIs definition and value driven development of solutions
  • Experience in creating great teams
  • Fluency in stakeholder expectations management
