Description of the Role

Under the direction of Business Operations COE Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing value-adding services, primarily to Asia Pacific region Business Operation team and its stakeholders. He / She will manage and support IT Business Operations and financial management administrative workload in line with internal governance and coperate policies.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Business Operations
    • Manage accruals, depreciation, amortization, intercompany chargeback
    • Support the creation, ongoing support, and closure of IT projects in associated financial system
    • Provide PO management services from planning, creation, tracking to closing
    • Support IT Hardware & Software renewals and licenses maintenance process
  • Identify areas to streamline / improve process to eliminate waste (time/cost)
  • Provide regular and on-demand report for financial management
  • Work in a networked organization in partnership with Business Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Finance to deliver on financial management objectives


About You

  • BSc Degree with relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to apply data analysis and reporting techniques to financial data is required. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Flexibility is required to interact globally across time zones (Asia Pacific, Europe & US)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and develop working relationships with IT functional areas in achieving cost controls, expense reductions, and optimization of financial resources. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities. Must also possess high motivation and strong client focus
  • A good Bachelor degree from a reputable University
  • Basic Financial Knowledge is essential
  • Good communication skills (Both in written and verbal communications)
  • Project Management knowledge is a plus
  • Regional/Global experience preferred
  • Maturity in working in matrix in regional role (JP/CN/MY/KR)
