Role Summary

We are seeking energetic, forward-thinking professionals to join our Information Technology group in Singapore. As part of that team, you will help launch our new IT Global Innovation Center focused on developing and applying advanced capabilities in information sciences, information security, mobility, social media and big data. Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT project management in Web Contents Management projects for APCJ
Lead client engagement for daily operation of Digital Marketing & Channels platform in JCAP region
Conduct project management for JCAP region in global post-launch maintenance of MSD Connect web/portal platform
Oversee IT service enhancements through global support process review and validation with related service teams for MSD Connect end-to-end
Functions as a CMS & Web Content Management subject matter expert providing “hands on” technical assistance to agencies, developers and staff resources throughout the project lifecycle. 
Contributes to marketing & promotion of CMS platform within the company. 
Consults with Technical Product Manager and digital architects on best practices, product enhancements, upgrades and complimentary product offerings
Reviews business requirements and recommends solutions aligned with platform best practices
Assists in evaluating new and existing implementations to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability and cost of ownership
Troubleshoots system errors and collaborates with development teams on issue resolution
Recommends changes to existing systems to achieve alignment with platform best practices and use of standard features
Keeps abreast of new technologies, methodologies, industry practices and standards.

Qualifications

Master Science/ Degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or other related discipline with 2-3 years’ experience in supporting a sales and marketing environment
Knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems; Tridion, skills and certifications highly desired
Strong customer service skills or experience, developing consulting skills
Business consulting experience/skills as account manager for Web Channels
Delivery leadership to ensure quality solution implementation 
Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Experience working with customers/clients in a pre-sales capacity defining and managing project scope, cost estimates, resource plan and schedule
Experience managing third party vendors with service quality assurance
Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry
Analytical thinker with understanding of digital marketing practices and E-business
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
The ability to advocate and evangelize for change and innovation even when risks are involved
