About This Opportunity

We are seeking energetic, forward thinking professionals to join our Information Technology group in Singapore. As part of the Go-to-Market team, you will be supporting the company’s commercial sales and marketing division (GHH) as it executes its new digital transformation strategy. You will:

Provide “pre-sales” product and technical assistance in response to market inquiries for GHH IT’s product portfolio
Develop and provide memorable overviews/demos and answer customer questions relating to GHH IT’s product portfolio
Assist global product owners with feedback and requests towards developing end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs
Prepare and present technical seminars/workshops to customers and work with Country IT to develop training and communication materials
Deliver consulting and product support both remotely and at the customer site
Qualifications

About You:

To be successful to the role, ideally, you will need to have a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in Technical Sales, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or other numerate discipline with 4-5 years’ experience supporting a commercial environment
Excellent Communication skills and influencing skills
Relationship Management Experience
Experience in leading customers towards successful product adoption & realisation outcomes 
Experience in conducting customer training
Experience facilitating meetings and workshops
Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of commercial business processes 
Ability to work collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment
Experience with information management, CRM, and digital marketing a plus
Familiarity with laws, rules and regulations applicable to Pharma industry is desirable 
Analytical thinker demonstrating experience in optimising Sales & Marketing business processes
The ability to advocate new ideas, even when risks are involved
Open to travelling 30%
