Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist Job

This role aims to maximize effectiveness of sales force and
marketing team by analyzing current and emerging business needs; Tracks the
effectiveness of Sales & Marketing implementation as well as the resulting
business impact using sales productivity metrics and tools.

Classification & Valuation Process And Sales Planning

  • Yearly
    refresh of customer valuation process.
  • Gain
    agreement on customer valuation criteria
  • Conduct
    qualitative discussions on premium customers and finalize premium customer list
  • Consolidate
    final customer list by franchise
  • Rep
    Equivalent calculation by sales team/ segment/ Sales Representatives
  • Targets
    Upload into MSD Connect
  • Support
    segmentation and targeting process
  • Lead
    sales target setting process
  • SIP
    administration and liaise with external vendor

Research Analysis

  • IMS
    Reports IMSPLUS / IMS Related Reports; Receive reports & disseminate to all
    stakeholders; Address data integrity/ timeliness issues
  • ATW
  • CoP
    Training and Research
  • Coordinate
    and work with marketing on CoP research for selected products


MSE Country Champion

  • MSE Core Metrics: Tracks and Identifies Improvement
  • Quarterly update of MSE core metrics for regional
  • Review of quarterly performance at SMGT/ CLT and Sales
    Managers meeting
  • Facilitate action plans to improve on implementation
  • Identify improvement opportunities needed on any of
    the MSE productivity drivers.

    process (focusing on lead indicators)
  • Establish effective targeting and classification
    system (leveraging on objective criteria)

  • Degree
    in Science/Arts/Business


  • 2-3
    years exp in an Analyst position required
  • Sales
    experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong
    planning skills
  • Strong
    presentation skills, positive attitude
  • Strong
    customer focus and proven relationship building skills
