Market and Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business & digital analytics platforms, dashboards in commercial, market, competitive analysis, sales, portfolio, customers, ROI, predictive analytics
  • Access, propose, deploy: social media analytic solution and services, Smartdata capabilities linked to mobile Marketing platforms and Geo-Marketing capabilities, monitoring systems and advanced dashboards integrating data from different sources and natures 
  • Support adoption of best practices and generation of insights from various data sources to enhance consumer experience across all channels (website, TV, print, digital media, in-office, in-pharmacy, social media)
  • Develop economic models that provide actionable insights on relative impact and ROI on digital transformation and strategies 
  • Prescriptive analytics to create new frontiers of interactions and insights to discover and exploit new spaces for competing and win opportunities
  • Predictive and real-time Analytics for Marketing Automation, capitalize Big Data, identifying and interpreting defined leading indicators
  • Support integrated and cross channel data driven design and approach based upon customer preferences, engagement behaviors, and commercial objectives
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights via visually compelling presentations to stakeholders 
  • Provide engagement analytics expertise: internal consultation and facilitate sharing of best practices
  • Collaborate with IT to implement and enhance data capture across our digital ecosystem, to ensure high data quality
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance analytics and reporting function by building automation into reports that are manually distributed
  • Participates actively in and/or leads cross-functional teams to develop and implement Customer Engagement Analytics & Strategy
  • Close collaboration with Sales force effectiveness manager and MCM Manager 
  • Close cooperation internally with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT legal, compliance, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance etc. and on senior leadership level
  • Design, implement, analyze, and interpret Customer and Patient Journey related market research using internal and external data sources to identify business strategy for specific products
  • Support development and transformation of overall Consumer engagement analytics framework; drive and align on key performance indicators, capabilities (tagging, tracking) processes and dashboards for analytics and reporting activities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalence through experience
  • Solid relevant work experience (customer engagement analytics)
  • Customer Engagement Analytics competencies 
  • Strong excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience in utilizing analytics to support business decision making in marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in digital analytics, online marketing metrics and/or key performance metrics required
  • Knowledge and experience in CRM platforms like Veeva and solutions like Spotfire 
  • Experience with processing and analyzing complex data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions required
  • Experience with marketing technology products such as for example Google Analytics, Adobe
  • Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis methodologies
  • Previous experience of implementing complex projects and work across many team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and German, both oral and written

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 43.800,-- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
