To support our Business Unit Digital Transformation in Haar we are looking for an Agile Coach / Lead (m/f/d)



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support our (marketing) organization to implement the agile methodology by developing agile teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained agile success


  • Share our vision of agile marketing and work with us to develop, define our agile approach and set up the standard of the framework


  • Build relationships with many different colleagues in different roles (also Scrum Masters) as a coach to unlock their abilities


  • Challenge and encourage buy-in from key stakeholders with the goal to empower cross functional teams


  • Recognize organizational barriers and obstacles and coach key stakeholders in adapting the organization


  • In alignment with our strategies manage and lead change in viable directions


  • Coordinate with Learning & Development and Human Resources for development and recruitment of Scrum Masters


  • Can Do attitude, seeing the up-side of events and inspiring teams regarding mindset and collaboration
Qualifications




  • Master’s Degree, Mastery of Agile methodologies (eg: Scrum / Kanban) validated by a recognized certification in the field


  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in Healthcare, Consumer, Retail or Digital Marketing with a successful track record of introducing and driving Agile implementation


  • Ability to persuade and inspire managers and board members of the advantages of agile methods and processes


  • Someone who is intensely collaborative, and can balance gaining buy-in with an ability to decide what is right for their project


  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic planning and implementation skills


  • Very strong analytical and organization skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects


  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
