Haarlem is known as the premier flexible packaging location in Europe. We can swiftly adapt to packaging various pharmaceutical products with a wide range of packaging options. From Haarlem, we distribute 2,500 different medicines and vaccines (including their packaging) to over 140 countries.

Packaging and Distribution

MSD began its operations in the Netherlands in 1954 with an office in Amsterdam. In 1956, the company relocated to the Waarderpolder in Haarlem, where production also commenced. Over time, MSD grew into a dynamic production and distribution center for Europe and other parts of the world.

Human Health
From our headquarters in Haarlem, we coordinate local activities in the Netherlands. Our sales and marketing professionals work closely with healthcare providers to make our products available to patients. The experts from Medical Affairs provide scientific support to physicians and other healthcare providers. Quality Operations ensures that all our products meet the highest quality standards.
