Brief Description of Position:

Brand and Custom Manager is responsible to analyze customer and filed insights into strategic plan and building action plan accordantly. 
Our core aim is to lead all aspects of market building and brand development to achieve leading positions in ImmunoOncology area by leverage & leading cross functional team resources based on effectiveness and efficiency excellence.

Main Accountabilities

Collects and analyzes customers insights 
Leads customers research in collaboration with MarCom/Consumer Marketing Manager
Integrates insights regarding all customers to create relevant business plans and materials
Leads brand strategy – implements existing strategies and develops local brand strategies 
Identifys new development opportunitie
Leads and delivers efficient and effective marketing programs & solutions that insights call for action brand's 
Creates content – digital and non-digital for customers
Participates in regional product meetings
Manages the relationship and ongoing projects with internal and external partners


2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing 
Previous Product Management experience in the Pharmaceutical Market an advantage.
B.A Degree . MBA - Advantage
High level of English – written and spoken
Strategic and analytical thinking
Creative and flexible thinking 
Strong business acumen and marketing understanding
Digital savvy
Strong influencing and collaboration skills
Good presentation skills 
Proactive, "can do" attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
