Achieve sales & profit plans by successfully developing business objectives, setting up sales & marketing strategies and developing long-term plans for the business unit. Be responsible for the overall management of the business unit and ensure that sales targets are met and expenses are managed.

Business management
-Develop species’s sales and marketing strategy of the business unit or the responsible products in the long term and short term, with aligning with regional/global product strategy
-Sets up team’s targets and objectives and allocate resources for all direct reports
-Responsible for meeting sales volume target by implementing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume for each product and assisting in setting the terms. Also, with the assistance of the sales team, identify potential sales / service activities in order to expand the market. Sales activities also include working closely with market research in order to strategically position its products to achieve maximum market coverage and increased sales volume
-Develop and implement launching of new products by making reference to the global/region marketing strategy as well as making use of comprehensive research available on the domestic market
-Responsible for manage dealers by monitoring dealers’ performance regularly, phase in and phase out of dealers according to performance, Regularly contact and close relationship with key dealers nationwide
-Assures good relationship with Key Accounts and Industry Relations by regulary contacting with them

People management and development
-Recruit and retain top talent to build a high performing team
-Co-work properly with Sales team manager & Tech. team manager and coach them in all aspects of performance vs. objectives in an ongoing & timely manner.
-Build a productive working environment, winning team culture & trustworthy relationships as a business unit manager
-Develop subordinates' Competency and Career aligned with MLB
-Assures the team to comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
