Position Overview

-          Build the HCV clinic business strategy & educational platform

-          Develop CallME operational plan and execute the remote call & promotional program in CallME team

 

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to)

-          Develop CallME operational plan and execute the remote call & promotional program in CallME team

<Specific R&R>

1)      Develop annual HCV CallME strategy & customer planning

2)      Drive customer engagement aligned with CallME & HCV strategy

3)      Set up KPI, analyze & monitor the sales & call performance.

4)      Communicate with HCV sales team and issue management

5)      Provide detailed information about MSD's products

6)      Deliver Key message of MSD's products against competitors'

7)      Update the newest information about MSD's products

8)      Execute target call effectively by following the CallME  call model

9)      Maximize CallME registration & customer retention aligned with HCV strategy

10)    Foster collaboration with key stakeholders for effective CallME operation

-          Build the HCV clinic business strategy & educational platform

1)      Analyze HCV CL market and get market insight with diverse data

2)      Develop HCV CL biz strategy & key initiatives including educational platform

3)      Design & set up KPI and monitor & evaluate the business impact

4)      Allocate and utilize promotional resource effectively

5)      Communicate with internal & external key stakeholders strategically

6)      Realize & implement the marketing program

7)      Engage CL KOL & manage key societies with other BUs
