MSD is recruiting for a qualified professional with strong marketing and/or sales background to support the ongoing success of our Oncology business in Switzerland. Under the leadership of the Multi-Indication Franchise Manager, the Brand & Customer Manager will be responsible for identifying brand growth opportunities and supporting the development and execution of business plans across multiple indications for our oncology portfolio.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Local market analysis to identify and prioritize commercial opportunities

  • Design, development and implementation of marketing programs within the market consistent with global and local strategies and brand/franchise priorities

  • Creation of brand plans and execution of branded marketing programs and materials

  • Brand forecasting, expense planning and tracking to achieve the sales and income targets

  • Identification and support of market specific priorities by developing, leading and influencing the execution of the franchise plan

  • Support needs of the sales team and execution

  • Ensure alignment between Customer Plans (Sales) and Country Integrated Medical Strategy

Education & Experience

  • University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent)

  • Some years of Oncology and/or marketing experience

  • Ability to navigate in a science-driven, quickly developing environment

  • Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into simple messages

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to develop and manage professional relationships

  • Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
