IT Hub Training Coordinator Job

We are seeking a Training coordinator who will be responsible for
the end to end activities including following ones to
ensure new employee onboarding and employee training and development:



 


  1. Onboarding
    • Orchestrate  a world-class onboarding experience
      for new hires in a  HUB Singapore
    • Work with local leadership to ensure adequate
      oversight, training and mentorship of all new hires including facilitation of
      onboarding sessions
    • Coordinating logistics with other departments (HR,
      Recruitment, IT, Facilities) to ensure all new hires are fully equipped (PC,
      desk, etc.) and on boarded
    • Point of contact for all new hire questions, concerns and support
      needs throughout their first 90 days of employment
    • Actively seek for feedback from new hires and their
      managers on onboarding program propose appropriate actions for improvement
    • Continuously improve local onboarding experience and
      share learning with the global onboarding network
    • Coordinating Buddy program for new hires

  2. Training
    • Work with the local leadership team and the global IT training team to map out training plans and schedules
    • Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
    • Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information to ensure all employees are aware of training opportunities and understand the global and local process for assigning to them
    • Organization of external and internal trainings for Singapore IT Hub
    • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in myLearning

  3. Students Program Coordinator
    • Tracking and improvements for ETR program for
      Singapore Hub
    • Support for Academic and Industry Partnership
      activities for Singapore Hub
    • Ensure alignment with Global Student program and ETR
      processes



Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:


  • BA Degree


Required Experience and Skills:


  • 2+ years of experience in event
    organization, administrative tasks
  • Strong organization and structural
    focus to ensure quality of delivery
  • Experience with onboarding and
    training programs in global environment
  • Fluent English and strong
    communication (written, oral, presentation)
  • Mature personality with ability to
    build a strong relationship with Leadership as well as students
  • Energy and new ideas in implementing
    and developing of the program activities.
  • Ability to work well in a team
    environment and develop working relationships with IT functional areas in
    achieving consistent approach to attraction and retention of the best
    talent. 
  • Interpersonal Savvy/ Communication/
    Networking
