Key roles within our Medical Affairs team

Medical Director
Successful applicants will hold a degree in medicine (ideally with postgraduate training in a clinical specialty), pharmacy (with postgraduate training) or other health sciences with a Ph.D. You’ll also have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with medical affairs experience in two or more therapeutic areas.

Medical Affairs Manager
In addition to holding a degree as a medical doctor or PharmD, successful applicants will have experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a strong medical background. Additionally, you’ll be a strong team player who excels in cross-functional groups with excellent negotiation and project management skills.

Medical Advisor
As well as experience within the pharmaceutical sector, ideally in medical affairs and/or clinical research, you’ll be confident in your ability to effectively communicate with scientific and medical leaders. Your success will also depend on you having a strong academic background in medicine, pharmacy, or other health sciences.

We're opening a new location in Zurich focused on accelerating research, data and commercialization of our medicines and vaccines. The new office will be staffed by teams working in strategic and operational roles in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Access and Marketing Operations functions. By the time the new site is completed and opens in 2021, over 250 employees will work at THE CIRCLE, Zurich Airport.
