MSD's Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization is currently seeking an Senior Management position in Brazil for an Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA). This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Director for Latam, being responsible for the most important country in the region and all diversity TA initiatives for Latin America.
Is expected from this professional: 
• Deep understanding of strategic business priorities and how the organization achieves business goals and profitability.  Make recommendations based on how positions create value to the business. Establishing a solid partnering with all stakeholders, working aligned with the local Human Resources team and being accountable for implement the GTA initiatives;
• Deliver the highest quality talent, internal and external, to drive organizational objectives and forecast future needs (volume and new capabilities )
• Build productive relationships with vendors managing the local Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO), being accountable to partner with GTA sourcing strategic;
• Identify how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs.
• Help hiring managers and team members navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements;
• Provide advice and counsel to leaders and hiring managers on what skills or characteristics matter most when they evaluate candidates. Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
• Challenge leaders and hiring managers about talent assumptions;
• Be active to build our Employer Brand.
• Understand the availability of talent across critical talent segments. Source as necessary based on capacity limitations and successful identification of top talent for job openings within a business and/or specific functions. 
In addition, he/she will lead the global initiatives related to diversity for the region and also guarantee a solid local implementation of the additional strategic projects linked to our business priorities related to Digital, Early Talent, Branding initiatives and candidate.

He/she will ensure the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met while ensuring employment policies and practices are compatible with all national employment laws.  He/she will provide leadership of cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to implement and/or manage an array of staffing initiatives, policies or programs, ensuring stakeholder participation, support and pull-through. 

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Master's degree will be considered as a plus;
• Fluency in written and oral Portuguese and English; Spanish is of advantage; excellent communication skills
•  Solid experience in recruitment for diversified positions, mainly for executive level.
• Solid previous experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in large / global, matrixed environments. - Prior experience recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model is required;
• Strategic HR / TA mindset be able to develop creative solutions to complex problems to ensure the best talent based on our business or divisional needs. ( Market Insights)
• Inspirational Leadership, team work, resilience and adaptability are critical competencies.
• An executive presence which fosters credibility with senior hiring leaders and elevates the role beyond tactical execution to trusted, strategic business partner;
• Demonstrated success in the use of social media and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn is required;
• Extensive experience in candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts with ability educate hiring managers on conducting behavior-based interviewing and compliant candidate selection practices.
• Extensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
• Proven history of delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customer satisfaction approach;
• A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners, including external vendors.
• Recruitment agency or international recruitment experience is an asset. – Workday experience
