The Asia Pacific Region is an exciting playground of 12 countries in very different stages of market evolution. As the region moves into growth mode and we look for a Chief of Staff to ensure alignment to the core strategy and enable the fastest possible growth. You would be the right arm of the Regional President ensuring that local country management are coordinated, understand their strategic objectives and have the knowledge, network, tools and capabilities to excel.


Activities you would be involved in include:

  • Ensure the President is adequately prepared for all internal and external engagements working with the relevant subject matter experts within the organization
  • Work closely with communications to ensure that messages reflect the current thinking of President and are appropriate for the given audience
  • Represent President of AP at necessary forums as her delegate on an as needed basis
  • Country Reviews / Visits: Coordinate and participate in Country Reviews/ visits with the Leadership Team
  • Act in an advisory capacity on topics including but not limited to stakeholder management, communications tact and approach, and other strategic and tactical matters
  • Profit Planning / Scorecards: Aligning countries and finance in the regional profit planning process and ensuring the A P Scorecard/dashboard are updated
  • Presentations: Developing appropriate visuals / media for town halls, HQ visits
  • A P Leadership Meetings: Ensure optimization of meetings and alignment of topics to key priorities. Ensure Leadership Team sponsored presentations are aligned with strategic direction of the meetings. Prepare high level agreements, record action items and issue in a timely manner to the Leadership Team
  • Project Management: Proactively identify and execute projects of strategic importance to the AP Region, oversee management & coordination of key initiatives/efforts which are often cross divisional/cross functional
  • Be the communicator/connector/catalyst for various cross divisional projects

• Degree qualified (or equivalent experience). MBA would be an asset but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a commercially focused role.
• Project Execution and Coordination skills: Proven track record of “getting things done”.
• Networking & Communication: Knowing who to go to, how to approach them and get things done via non-hierarchical influence.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to problem solve, think holistically about organizational solutions to complex problems, create order and simplicity out of complex problems.
