Omnichannel Brand Manager, Vaccines 
In this marketing role, you will be using your strong marketing background to leverage the best tools and solutions to the people who prescribe and use our vaccines, with a focus of digital tools and reach. You will help us become relevant and valuable to our customers and to consumers through all appropriate channels. 

You understand that everything we do is founded on customer insights so you will engage with customers to identify real customer needs. As you have experience from health care, you already understand the restrictive environment in which we operate, but you also see it as a challenge to explore new approaches, always within our own strict ethical code of conduct and local regulations. 

You will be responsible for developing, leading and influencing the execution of local plans for primarily the prevention of HPV related cancers and diseases but also the whole portfolio such as vaccines against measles, mumps rubella, varicella and pneumococcal diseases. You will coordinate with relevant cross-divisional stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned with MSD priorities and follow-up on KPI’s with tools and dashboards. You will integrate activities across channels and touch points to create a great customer experience across the customer journey together with developing, implementing, tracking, experimenting and optimizing MSD’s digital marketing campaigns across channels. You will also collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. 

As Omnichannel Brand Manager you will manage and coordinate the local activity plan within approved promotion budgets and for local adaptation and approval of regional and global content, while being an integrated partner in the forecasting process in collaboration with the Business Unit Director and Business Analytics team. The position reports to the Business Unit Director, Vaccines.


Through your experiences in brand management, developing digital or omnichannel marketing campaigns – you bring a bias for action and either; a strong understanding of pharma with scientific/clinical knowledge, or a strong understanding of how digital channels can change the game. Through your prior experiences you have an understanding of standards of care and emerging clinical trends and know the principles of health economics and their clinical implications, which will be a great foundation for developing the local franchise plans and create a good foundation for your collaboration with other functions. You know the importance of informal leadership and know that your success in any job will heavily depend on your ability to influence without authority and deliver concrete results. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.
