Digital Customer Experience Specialist
In addition to a degree-level education, your extensive knowledge of digital channels and experience in online and email marketing will be key to your success as a DCES. Additionally, you’ll also be a good team player with excellent communication skills and an ability to transfer knowledge to internal stakeholders, as well as work closely with brand teams to optimise campaigns. Ideally, you will also have experience working in SCRUM teams.
Manager Digital Channels & Capabilities
To excel in this role, you will hold a digital management, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Your digital experience will include concept development, implementation and managing digital channels. You’ll also be highly proficient in data-driven marketing, online channels and software engineering and will already have led teams, which is demonstrated by your natural enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
Digital Content Operations Lead
Successful applicants will have a high level of technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the range of global tools available to support data asset management (DAM) initiatives, as well as Veeva Promo-Mats. As a technical SME, you’ll also have excellent communication and presentation skills and possess a confident ability to simplify technical processes to better inform business stakeholders and liaise with third-parties.
