Are you a final year student or recent graduate? Step into the world of IT with hands-on experience across multiple domains, all in one dynamic program.

Our Hyderabad Tech Center offers graduates and final‑year students a fantastic opportunity to learn from global peers and challenge themselves while contributing to our purpose of saving and improving lives.

A six-month internship with the potential to transition into a full-time, entry-level opportunity to explore two distinct IT roles over a two-year period.
With each rotation, your projects, skill development and goals will be aligned with real business needs.

Upon successful completion, transition into a permanent IT role that matches your strengths and career aspirations.

Final-year students or graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), computer science or a related field.
Have graduated within the past year from a recognized university.
Are genuinely interested in IT and driven by a passion for healthcare.
Have led a project or held a leadership role in a student club or similar initiative.
Possess a strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).
Are an Indian citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work in India without the need for employer sponsorship.

Selection Begins: October 2025
Candidates who successfully complete the selection process will receive offers to join the IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program as interns.
Internship Period: January to July 2026
Rotation 1: July 2026 to July 2027
Rotation 2: July 2027 to July 2028
