Frequently asked questions
Our student and graduate roles open for application in October and our apprentice applications can open at any time. Keep up to date on our careers page https://jobs.msd.com/gb/en
Student placements: You need to be enrolled as an undergraduate student and must remain a student for the duration for the placement which is one year.
Graduates Programmes: Applicants must have graduated within the last three years. This requirement is due to the specific goals of our graduate programme, which is designed to provide entry-level experience and career progression opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
Apprenticeship: Applications must be over 18, not in full time education and live in England. Some of our apprenticeships will required specific qualifications but we always add this to our job descriptions
Student placements start mid June. Graduate programmes start mid September. Apprentices programmes can start any time throughout the year.
Unfortunately, we do not currently sponsor graduate visa’s but we do accept applications from graduates who are on a graduate visa.
