Being an intern at our company means that you will work together with a team on healthcare in an international environment.
We offer a variety of internships, entry-level jobs and traineeships in various fields.

Internships

Our 12 month industrial placement programme offers a wide range of opportunities, with roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, IT Clinical Trials, Manufacturing, Enginerring and more.

Graduates

The two year graduate scheme provides a robust foundation of skills and experiences to prepare you for a successful career within the pharmaceutical industry.

Apprentices

A two year apprenticeship involves a combination of academic coursework and hands-on workplace experinece.

Frequently asked questions

Our student and graduate roles open for application in October and our apprentice applications can open at any time. Keep up to date on our careers page https://jobs.msd.com/gb/en

Student placements: You need to be enrolled as an undergraduate student and must remain a student for the duration for the placement which is one year.

Graduates Programmes: Applicants must have graduated within the last three years. This requirement is due to the specific goals of our graduate programme, which is designed to provide entry-level experience and career progression opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.

Apprenticeship: Applications must be over 18, not in full time education and live in England. Some of our apprenticeships will required specific qualifications but we always add this to our job descriptions

Student placements start mid June.
Graduate programmes start mid September.
Apprentices programmes can start any time throughout the year.

Unfortunately, we do not currently sponsor graduate visa’s but we do accept applications from graduates who are on a graduate visa.
