Our supply chain teams ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across marketing, finance and manufacturing organisations to build a robust supply and demand plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Our manufacturing & quality assurance teams collaborate to ensure we consistently produce safe, high-quality products. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers, we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.

Our engineers help internal and external manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improving and innovating. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including biological, chemical, automation, capital projects, maintenance, safety, process development, technical services, utilities and validation.

We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
Environment, Health & Safety
Only the highest standards of safety and quality will do when you manufacture and distribute medicines, vaccines and biological products for use on a worldwide scale. Our environmental, health & safety (EHS) teams achieve these goals through our global systems, which ensure consistency and exceed the compliance criteria of EHS standards.
Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP)
This entry-level program is designed to develop emerging talent for critical positions of increasing responsibility. You get to learn from industry experts within a world-class manufacturing environment, gain exposure, business acumen and team-building skills. Build your career in alignment with our technical, operations or business track and learn about the part of our company that formulates, packages and distributes our products.
Throughout the program, which consists of three separate, year-long rotations at locations in the U.S. and around the world, you’ll receive practical experience with meaningful projects, mentoring, feedback and support. Once you complete all three rotations, you’re welcome to apply for a position.
